Mariposa Teachers and Assistants get PERS, just like in a traditional public school.
Mariposa provides 100% paid employee insurance that is comparable to larger districts.
Mariposa staff have the option to purchase dependent Insurance coverage similarly to that of larger districts.
Mariposa uses similar pay scales as larger districts and can negotiate pay rates.
Mariposa has a small family community feel with about 200 students and 25 total staff members.
Mariposa sets their school calendar similarly to that of larger school districts for holiday breaks etc.
Mariposa welcomes applicants who are bilingual and are able to read, write and speak Spanish proficiently.
