STEAM Glow Week
October 21st - 27th
During Glow Week, Mariposa’s STEAM Room will be a glow room. Black lights will be on in the room, so our work will glow. Each grade level will create a glowing Sugar Skull in honor of Day of the Dead. Each grade level will also engineer a glowing structure.
Your child may wear a white or neon colored shirt on their STEAM days this week. STEAM days for each grade level are:
Kindergarten - Friday, October 21 - Monday, October 24 and Wednesday, October 26
1st - Friday, October 21 and Monday, October 24
2nd - Friday, October 21 and Tuesday, October 25
3rd - Wednesday, October 26 and Thursday, October 27
4th - Friday, October 21 and Monday, October 24
5th - Tuesday, October 25th and Thursday, October 27

Semana de colores neón
Octubre 21-27
Durante la semana de colores neón, el salón de STEAM de Mariposa será una sala resplandeciente. Las luces negras estarán encendidas en el salón, para que nuestro trabajo brille. Cada nivel de grado creará una calavera de azúcar resplandeciente en honor al Día de los Muertos. Cada nivel de grado también diseñará una estructura brillante.
Su hijo puede usar una camisa blanca o de color neón en sus días de “STEAM” esta semana. Los días de STEAM para cada nivel de grado son:
